Ingredients

  • Jellyfish ingredients: Vinegared fish and rice-use jellyfish 40g (10 pcs)
  • Ingredients of vinegared fish and rice :Boiled rice 1 bowl, vinegar 3 large spoon, sugar, salt, wasabi
  • Side dish ingredients: Ginger, pickled radish, rakkyo

Cooking method

  1. Put proper amount of vinegar, sugar, and salt in boiled rice and heat to make vinegared fish and rice.
  2. Hold vinegared fish and rice with right hand with water on it and place vinegared fish and rice-use jellyfish on left hand and apply wasabi at the center of vinegared fish and rice-use jellyfish by index finger of right hand and place vinegared fish and rice on it and shape it.
  3. Place jellyfish vinegared fish and rice on a plate and add ginger pickled radish and rakkyo.
